Hi All
Just a few words to let you know who I am and about my pond.

I am an old git just approching 50 but young at hart, I have been keeping koi for about 20 years and like to help others in the hobby if I can. I have built several ponds for myself and a couple for friends.

The latest pond is in a conservatory but the filters are outside (big Mistake) It is just under 2000 imperial gallons and is NOT heated.
The filter system is as follows 4" bottom drain with air ring on top to a 3' vortex then on to settelment chamber, brushes. two chambers of matting, pump by a sequence 750 and returned via an Eco Aquliser.
The pond has a built in olympic surface skimmer and is pumped by a Sequence 750 back to the pond via a 55 watt UV.

I am active on several other forums Koi talk, Yorkshire Ko Society and Allday koi.
